Meet the Team
Dr. Nancy Reinhart Rackley
Dr. Nancy Reinhart Rackley attended undergraduate school in Illinois and chiropractic college at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA, graduating with honors in 1984. She began practice in Austell, GA, then Rossville, and in 1990 moved to Hixson, TN, where she practiced, married, and raised two homeschooled sons. Her primary focus is pain relief, disease prevention, and family care, hosting hundreds of families toward better health. She plans to continue practice for many more years, helping families, workers, students, and veterans to live happier, more pain-free lives.
Dr. Brett Caminez, DC. CCEP
Dr. Brett Caminez joined our staff in January 2025. He has been working with patients for over 20 years, first in New York, and now Tennessee as he moved his family southward. Dr. Caminez is a certified medical examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), helping professional drivers obtain DOT medical cards. As a chiropractor, he specializes in strategies to identify and correct potential injuries before they occur, specific stretching and exercise programs, and posture correction. He is the recipient of multiple awards for his charity and community volunteer work.
Our Office
Our office provides conservative chiropractic care for the whole family, from infant care to Medicare, and we welcome veterans through VA Choice. We offer personal injury care for car accidents and happily cooperate with you and your attorney through litigation and settlement processes. We treat patients in both auto accident and worker compensation cases. Blue Cross Blue Shield is our largest insurance payer, and we will file for your insurance benefits.
Our Service
Techniques include Gonstead-Diversified, Activator instrument, soft tissue and trigger point therapy, manual traction with Cox Flexion-Distraction for lumbar joint and disc problems, and many physical therapy modalities like electric muscle stimulation (EMS), ultrasound, intersegmental traction, lumbar traction, cervical traction, massage therapy, exercise instruction, magnetic resonance therapy, and nutritional supplements. We freely refer out when needed for medical consultation, MRIs, and lab services.
